Method

  • cut the cauliflower into 2–3 cm thick slices
  • brush with oil, season with salt, paprika, and garlic
  • place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
  • roast at 200 °C for about 20–25 minutes, turning halfway

Finishing:

  • during the last 5 minutes, add cheese on top
  • switch to top heat or grill to melt and lightly brown the cheese

Mashed Potatoes

  • boil potatoes in salted water
  • mash until smooth
  • add butter and warm milk
  • season and mix until creamy

Yogurt Cream

  • combine yogurt, lemon juice, zest, and salt
  • mix gently
