Deviled Eggs with Tuna You Won’t Stop Eating
A creamy classic elevated with silky cream and fresh herbs
Some dishes don’t return to the table by accident.
They return because they work.
Because they taste right.
Because people remember them.
Deviled eggs are one of those dishes.
This version takes them a step further.
Softer.
Creamier.
Unexpectedly addictive.
Tuna brings depth.
A silky cream sauce rounds everything.
Mustard keeps it precise.
And the herbs?
They bring it to life.
This is not just an appetizer.
It’s the kind of bite that disappears before you notice.
WHY THIS RECIPE WORKS
Tuna adds structure and natural salinity.
Egg yolks create a rich, creamy base.
Cream softens and elevates the texture.
Mayonnaise binds everything together.
Mustard adds balance and a gentle sharpness.
Shallots and herbs keep it fresh.
The result?
Creamy, balanced, and quietly irresistible deviled eggs.
